Long story short, all you need to do is book your flights to Paris, and rent a car or take a train to Beaulieu-sur-Loire. From the moment you arrive at Château de Courcelles le Roy, everything else is taken care of by the bride and groom: your meals, wine, accommodations, and all the fun that follows. We ask that all guests RSVP at their earliest convenience, with a hard deadline of May 5th.
Traveling from ORY Airport? It will take about 2 hours via metro and train, or 1 hour 45 min via car to reach the estate. Land by 3pm latest.
Traveling from CDG Airport? It will take about 2.5 hours via metro and train, or 2 hours via car to reach the estate. Land by 2:30pm latest.

From Friday afternoon on September 4th through Monday afternoon on September 7th, every meal, every drink, and every moment of the weekend has been thoughtfully prepared for you. Gourmet dining crafted on-site, curated wines from the Loire Valley, and lovely accommodations all on the beautiful property where we will be celebrating. The weekend will be filled with social mornings over croissants and coffee, poolside afternoons, and evenings filled with laughter and card games on the great lawn.All that’s left to arrange is your journey here. Once you arrive, you’ll be our guest in every sense. Every detail has been lovingly planned for you by the bride and groom to simply arrive, unwind, and let the French take care of the rest.
Bonjour, jet lag
It’s your choice if you prefer to fly into Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Paris Orly (ORY), whichever fits your route best. Both airports are roughly two hours from the Chateau. CDG has more international flights, while Orly can be a bit quieter and easier to navigate after a long trip.Prefer to drive? Rent a car at either airport and head south towards Sancerre. The driving is easy, similar to driving through Long Island wine country (without the summer traffic.)Prefer to take a post-flight nap? Catch a direct train from Paris Bercy to Briare. Once you arrive, it’s a quick 20-minute drive to Château de Courcelles le Roy from the train station.

Sunday is all about relaxing and recharging after a night of festivities with a pool party and lots of delish BBQ. Bring your bathing suit, cute summer outfits, and something comfortable to lounge in while we soak up the sun.
What should I pack?
A word of advice... the shopping in Paris/Nice is amazing. If you'll be doing any other traveling outside of the wedding weekend, you will definitely want to pack lightly.

Late August into early September near our chateau is warm (but not hot), comfortable, and perfect for the Whites to say oui! Days are often sunny and mild, while temperatures cool once the sun goes down. Daytime highs typically reach the low to mid-70s °F (low to mid-20s °C), with evenings falling into the mid-50s to low-60s °F (mid-teens °C). Occasional light showers are possible in the mornings, but the weather is generally dry and pleasant.

The main estate:
— chateau de Courcelles le Roy —
Your stay at the property will be comfortable and easy. Each room on the estate has either its own private bathroom in the room, or a dedicated bathroom located right outside in the hallway. All guests will have their own space to retreat to throughout the weekend.The lux accommodations span the various guest houses on the estate — the Orangerie, the Butcher House, the Guard’s House, and the Stables — each with its own character and charm. The pool and bar area on the main estate will be our hub for the weekend.
Each guest house has its own fully equipped kitchen, so you’ll always have a place to go when you want a little something between events. Each kitchen will have the essentials like coffee, tea, juices, cool beveraginos, plus snacks, charcuterie, and easy bites.All of the big meals for the weekend are already planned — Friday’s welcome dinner, morning croissants and spreads, the full wedding feast on Saturday, leftovers, and the big Sunday BBQ — so the kitchens are really
just there if you want a snack in between.We will be sharing room assignments with each guest in late spring.
The second estate:
— Les Etangs des Vignes —
If you are on the Les Étangs des Vignes property, you’ll be staying in one of the luxury guest-cabins tucked along the ponds and surrounded by quiet forest. Each guest cabin has its own private bathroom for every room, so everyone has their own space to get ready and unwind.The parents and grandparents of the bride and groom will be staying upstairs in the Maison des Vignes, while the rest of the group will be spread across the surrounding cabins. While all cabins maintain their privacy, you will be only steps from the Maison and the trail to the Chateau.
All Les Étangs guests will have access to the shared living area and fully equipped kitchen in the Maison des Vignes — the perfect spot for a coffee run, a quick drink, or a small bite. Same as on the main estate, we’ll have the basics stocked (coffee, tea, juices, cool beveraginos, snacks, charcuterie, bread), but keep in mind that all of the main meals for the weekend are already planned.The Les Étangs pool is also available for anyone who wants to relax away from the main estate for a bit. When it’s time to head over to the Château, it’s an easy 5-minute walk along the pond trail or less than a minute by car.We will be sharing room assignments with each guest in late spring.

Food is a big part of the weekend, and it’s something we’re genuinely excited about. We will kick off the festivities on Friday evening with a paella feast, get hitched on Saturday eating carefully crafted bites from an award winning chef + crew, and lounge by the pool Sunday with a giant BBQ to cure our post-celebration blues. There will be plenty of variety and no shortage of great food from start to finish.All food allergies and dietary needs disclosed in your RSVP will be met! Vegetarian and gluten free options will be plentiful.

We've spent almost 2 years curating the wine and cheese pairings you will get to taste at this wedding. From the whites and reds (yes, reds!) of Sancerre to the chèvres of the Loire Valley, we are excited to give you a taste of this lovely, rich region.We're also bringing in some of our favorites juices and other beverages we've stumbled upon in our travels for everyone to enjoy throughout the rest of the weekend.

We’re not quite ready to say au revoir just yet. After the wedding, the celebration continues on the French Riviera, where we’ll be based in or just outside of Nice for a few sun-soaked days by the Mediterranean. It also happens to be a moment when a few big birthdays are being celebrated, and we loved the idea of using this time to celebrate the people we’re lucky enough to have around us. If you’re up for extending the weekend and joining us for a few key moments on the coast, we’d truly love that.Plans are intentionally flexible so everyone can plan their own version of their Riviera vacation. We’d like to organize a handful of optional group moments, but the majority of the time will be yours to spend. Beach days, farmers markets, seaside towns, good shopping, or doing absolutely nothing at all. If you've never been, go.Paris is absolutely magical. It’s fast-paced, iconic, and endlessly stimulating, best experienced on foot with no agenda and a shopping itch. If you want to be truly underwhelmed, go see the Mona Lisa at the Louvre, then go actual sight-seeing with long café lunches, neighborhood wandering, and lots of shopping. I’ve put together a map of favorite places to eat and explore to help you navigate it all.

If you're over Paris or just want something off the beaten path.Sancerre is the antidote to city travel. Days unfold slowly here, set among rolling vineyards, quiet streets, and sweeping views of the Loire Valley. It’s a place for relaxation and tasting exceptional wine exactly where it’s made. I’ve mapped out a few favorite wineries, restaurants, and stops to guide your time there. You MUST go to La Bête Noire Sancerroise for wine, fresh cheese, and goats!

WARNING: If you’ve never been to the French Riviera, skipping the after party may lead to serious FOMO.I’ve been to the Riviera four times and somehow never get bored. Every visit uncovers something new, whether it’s a beach I hadn’t made it to yet, a town I hadn’t wandered through, or a meal that turns into a multi-hour affair. It’s endlessly varied, and still feels relaxed in a way that’s hard to find elsewhere.Nice is the ideal place to homebase, and you can get pretty well priced flights in and out. I personally always stay in Vieux Nice, I've tried other parts of the city but the old town just always feels the most charming.
Nice is lively without feeling overwhelming, and perfectly positioned for day trips in quite literally every direction. You can stay close to home or travel a lot of the coast with very little effort. Some of my favorite day trip recommendations include Èze for the views, Menton for its color and charm, afternoons at Plage Paloma or Mala, and hopping on the train into Italy for markets and long lunches in Ventimiglia or Sanremo.What I love most about the Riviera is how choose-your-own-adventure it feels. One day can be slow and beach-focused, the next spent town hopping or wandering markets, with no pressure to do it all. I’ve mapped out my favorite spots and day trips to make it easy to explore at whatever pace feels right for each and every one of you.

The town itself is charming and relaxed, with canals, old streets, and plenty of great spots to refuel after a full day outside. Remember, this is totally optional! Some people are joining us, others are not.
While the wedding was on us, the After Party is at guests’ own expense.
You can get there by plane, train, or car. Both plane/train require you to route back via Paris.
The best places to stay in Nice are Vieux Nice, south Thiers, Jean-Médecin near the park, Quartier du port, or Villefranche-sur-Mer.
The IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship will be going on in Nice the weekend of Sept. 13th, it will be busy there!
This is more of a "separate but together" type deal. Everyone is responsible for booking their own vacations, but we will give you recommendations or help anyone who needs it.
We will be organizing a few optional group activities like a day trip to the Gorges du Verdon, a dinner party, and a boat day.
